Plus, they identified 50 thugs. Probably virtually all black. That's....you know. But then it will be black people who get paid and that is redistribution, so...i dunno.

My guess is that the gang bangers will hold out for more dough. And there will have to be exceptions for self defense, micro aggressions, or looting to survive like they are doing in texas. Just food and water, and sneakers to eat.

And wouldn't this encourage other thugs who are not in the top 50 to get on the payment list? If they kill someone and get away with it, then they can get paid not to kill anyone else.

I'll bet the idiot politicians running this will find a way to cook the books and PROVE (like JG proves stuff) that the program is working.

Next question, how can kickbacks and corruption raise the cost and worsen this
