And no, I really don't care too very much anymore. We had a shot, but we blew it. This nation is headed to a two-tiered banana republic neo-feudalist sttate. I recall a great article in Harpers back in Spring of '91 I think that stated that the goal of the existent power structure was not to elevate Mexico City to standards of a San Diego but to lower Detroit to a level of Mexico City.
