The DOJ pleading says there are no records pertaining to a wiretaps. It does not say there were no wiretaps. There may in fact have been no wire raps and therefore no records. Or there may have been wiretap and no records kept. Or there may have been records of wiretap sand those records have been destroyed. Or there may have been wiretap a, records exist and the folks with the records are lying to the DOJ.

And the quote from Trump says Obama ordered wire taps. It doesn't say the orders were carried out. It doesn't say the wire taps actually occurred.

Guess pRecission is not ur strong suit.
