45 times, there is no right to masturbate in public.

The simplest i can 'splain this to you is this:

libertarians only want laws that prevent/punish infringing up on the rights of others.

The rights you do enjoy are to your self and your property, your liberty and your thoughts.

Although not advocating nor "supporting" that anyone should masturbate in a public place, the position is that doing so isn't an infringement - you don't have a right to "not see someone's genitals.

you can get up and leave, go home, turn your head, etc.

So, the reality here is you don't understand the rights pickle or any libertarian actually acknowledge and you illogically and purposefully alter the position from "it shouldn't be unlawful" to "he supports people masturbating in public" or "he jacks off in parks in front of kids"

you do this because you're unable to articulate not only his position, but any rational response against it.

He doesn't "support" beating off in public, doesn't beat off in public; just doesn't believe it should be unlawful.


It's hilarious that you think this is an issue that needs to be drilled down on. Is masturbating in public a big thing in your neighborhood?
