trying to be funny or disrespectful, just stating a fact.

The poor are hit harder with taxes on soda, gasoline and sales.

A weather event hits the poor harder.

Here's a news flash, crime is worse in poor neighborhoods.

These are reasons why people don't want to be poor. It is the reason that conservatives want to help them out of poverty. It is the reason socialists want to keep them poor, uneducated and unemployed.

And dependent.

Women and minorities are impacted more only to the extent that they are poor. Until the socialists can prove that hurricanes are racist.

Hurricanes don't seem to mind the gaze, oddly. Not even as bad for gaze as for normal people. Maybe that's because gaze tend to be upper income. You know, not poor.
