Dude followed one victim off the bus and had previously purchased an ice tea in a plastic bottle, which was found at the scene of one murder. Got DNA off the top of the bottle. Got a pic of him buying the ice tea at a QT or other convenience mart.

Worked him up as a suspect and got a cig butt while he was under surveillance and made a DNA match to the bottle ice tea.

Plus they got DNA off a shirt found at another scene.
