assume that the only nation on the planet is the USE, united states of earth and is controlled by a president in washington, DC.

Is the planet better than it is now?
Is it wealthier?
Is is safer?
Is there dare i say, more equality between ghana and georgia for example?

There would be american trillionaires and there would be poverty. But what would happen to the standard of living in peru and somalia?

Would there be skyscrapers in botswana and hollywood studios in bolivia?

If there were a united earth, with one government and one financial system would that be good? Who should run the joint, iraq?
