Only way that I see Mizzou gaining respect from the rest of the conference by winning the East, outside of winning the SECCG, is if we go 8-0.

7-1 with beating both West teams would probably do it too, as long as the loss wasn't to Vandy.

6-2 and winning the East, but putting up a fight in the SECCG might help.

5-3 and squeak in, just opening it up for jokes.
