It's a system that's designed to help poor, illegals, chronic cases not the actual taxpayers.
It's a system designed to give the middle class far longer wait times, poorer results, and socialists complete control of the entire process.
It's failing all over europe, dragging the continent under, and causing soaring debt.
Yet, like all things govt to progressives, they know it will work here of course.
