appropriate, imo. Depending on what other issues may be there.
But it is interesting that they said the administrators wanted the team to better reflect the diversity of the school.
When blacks say that, that is all they need. But when something is not reflective of diversity because there are not enough white people...
Merit based opportunities on sports teams is great. It should be equally great in other areas of society.
