This Congress wants tax breaks for rich folks way more than they want the Trump Wall. Idea was to create gobs of money with repeal of the ACA, but the degree of difficulty on that way out-stripped the Party of No's ability.

So now, Doofus is demanding a MASSIVE spending project which will leave nothing for rich guy tax breaks.

H'mmmmm.
