because there are a lot of things that could use that money a lot worse. There's more than one way to fix the problem. How about you just stop giving them benefits and inducements to come? No one wants to take that on, it's much easier to say we'll spend useless money to build a wall that won't work anyway. I guess it will solve some issues - it'll give a few politicians the ability to hand out money to one of their contributors who starts a company with 2 months experience in National Wall Building Trades.
