Senate threatened subpoena and they negotiated their newfound willingness to testify. Still hasn't happened.

Simpson, Jr and Manafort were all originally scheduled to testify the same week as Kushner.

A Federal Judge was convinced that Manafort was a risk to destroy evidence for Mueller's investigation, thus approved the raid.

So, tell me again why these two have failed to testify.
