If not, no claim.
If so, match salary for an independent person doing the work, subtract housing and food expenses, then slap on interest.
Maybe they will get a few thousand dollars.
Problem is these people want a chunk of riches in today's dollars, not the value of the actual labor in a free market from the 18th or 19th century. And these people have to be able to prove their ancestors were slaves along with having a business or institution that still exists that participated in slavery.
