wonder what kind of man SEEKS OUT or embraces the attacks he has experienced...
A very strong man, a very confident man?
Certainly a very combative man.
A key imo is whether, assuming he enjoys and seeks the confrontations, he does so out of hubris and self aggrandizement for his own pleasure, or if he sees a higher purpose in serving the country against the slings and arrows of outrageous socialism.
I suspect a mixture of nobility and narcissism.
