because you are just playing the blame game.

Those days, regardless of the outcome, were set long before that. It was just a culmination of events that led to the day.....mostly due to inept leadership.

It was well recognized that thre were problems long before that day...to the point that they had set up a special commission to look into it. So to pretent it was much ado about nothing is totally false.
