Seriously 15 known cases and they fear it may be many more. WTF is wrong with them? Demented behavior seems to be the norm there.

Many parents rushed to get their kids vaccinated just in case. How F'ed is your kid if you are making him go through rabies treatment because you don't believe that he did NOT stick his dick in a donkey.

There is seriously something wrong with your culture when at least 15 people in your town are bangin' livestock.
