I'm no white supremacist and actually got in trouble once as a teen for having too many black friends. But I don't see these as monuments to racism or slavery. They are part of history and you can't change history to fit the politically correct timeline. To try to erase it is just foolish. All of that being said, I also am not a Trumpist.
