I like Kohl's because it is mainly females in there = clean men's room

Lowe's/Home Depot, they usually have like 5-6 stalls and usually pretty clean. Big place, you don't get judged walking in and walking out without buying something.

Love's Gas Stations. Usually very clean, usually has a solid brick wall between stalls with a legit door.
