that the citizens who own that park could hire their own security if they felt it was a threat. Private police is a good concept, but one that's a long ways away from being very good. The issue is most private security/contractor groups want those with military/law enforcement training (gov't). Until it's more widely accepted and the private companies can offer better training, the private groups will have inferior products.
