a bowl game at the very least (i.e. 6 wins) so I think it's fair to say that another 4-win season would convince Sterk to move on. I think 5 wins would probably be enough for Odom to keep his job, but he would be on a fiery hot seat in year 3.

I fixed the typo in my previous post to reflect that.
