You can watch legends like GGG get worked in sparring sessions because very rarely are fighters going 100%.

A lot of times they're purposely letting something happen to record movement and reaction ect - all kinds of things.

Conor isn't trying to fight Van Heerden in that clip.

Btw. That Van Heerden is a complete tool. Nobody likes him. He's doing this for publicity.
