Odom will have (hopefully) learned from the "rookie" mistakes he made last season.

No more crazy defensive changes/schemes, which plagued in the first half of last season.

We're also returning some key players, and expected to have one of the best offenses in the East division.

All of those things, combined, should allow us to win 8-9 games next year. If BO can win 10+ then he should get an extension. If he only wins 7 or fewer, then he'll be on the proverbial hot seat.
