He recruits well enough where he'll eventually go 7-6 or 6-7 every year; and they'll keep him around. Odom will either show he's better than that, pretty quickly, or he won't; and if he isn't, I think Sterk will replace him pretty quick.

So, in summary, I think Odom is a better hire because if he underachieves, we can get rid of him a lot fasten than SC will get rid of Muschamp.
