Now let's be clear. Obviously, there were missteps, miscalculation, and management issues that resulted in the tragic loss of lives. However, Republican attempts to burn Clinton continue to fail. There were the various Congressional committees that couldn't find the smoking gun and now a federal judge throws out the case.

Take comfort in the fact that it was an Obama-appointed judge, so I'm sure you hope it goes to an appeal, but don't see any basis for hearing it.
