We have to make choices based on limited information every day.
If a man wants his own kids and a family, it would be smart to not date and marry another dude who got his dick cut off and got breast implants. That is discriminatory, but discrimination again is not bad.
The same would apply to a fit man or woman not dating someone massively obese. The nutjobs will scream fat shaming. But again, discrimination is good. The fit person regularly participates in activities the massively obese does not. That is a compatibility issue.
