I assume your claim would be that he was attempting to overthrow the government. If there was collusion with Russia how did that impact the Obama administration, that was the the US government at the time. I know you had already anointed Hillary the president elect at least five months previous but she was not part of the government.

If, big if, it can be proven that Trump colluded with the Russians I would agree that it would be an impeachable offense but it would not be treason.
