Clearly the DNC admin were making sure that voters understood fully who they were voting for. She brought up those questions to make sure they werent asked during the General Election.
Beyond that, there is no verification of the authenticity of that email. It is undoubtedly the propaganda tool of the Russians, who fabricated that email before publishing it.
