mean to them, if we say mean things about them, they use that as a recruiting tool. Like they did with Gitmo. Fighting back, or even speaking against them just makes them stronger.
Even though they were bombing and killing people before Gitmo was open. It was the fault of Gitmo.
When they kill civilized people, the civilized people should become sympathetic to them. We should understand them. We should be sympathetic. We should blame ourselves. Then, there will be peace. I know, it hasn't worked yet. Give it time. A few more centuries and all will be good.
And when civilized people defend themselves, even by condemning them, we are supposed to believe that that makes them stronger.
We must be nice to the snakes so they will like us.
