protect large groups of humans gathering for social purposes over the entire planet and eliminating the 1.9 billion Muslim's that inhabit it?
This same attack literally could have happened at a high school football game, the KC marathon, at a First Friday celebration, Boulevardia, or a free concert at Liberty Memorial.
There is simply no way to completely prevent this kind of lunacy without living in a police state.
Crazy isn't going to be confined to just concert venue's and sports arena's.
