I suppose 2000 years ago is over a thousand years ago. But the question should really be "Does God have the power to induce pregnancy in a virgin?" The question presupposes God which an atheist would deny. So, really, the atheist has no place in the discussion. We all agree that parthenogenesis is not naturally possible in humans. But that isn't the question. It is can God cause it? The obvious answer is yes. With God, it is supernaturally possible. The same goes with rising from the dead. Of course there are modern examples described as just that.
