Ok, so the commanders of the Army called in the strike. Who has authority over the commanders? The Generals. Who do the Generals report to? Trump.

When proven wrong, on two accounts (1-that Obama doesnt control the troops anymore and 2-that Trump doubled the troops in Syria), you are now backpedaling.
