Are Republicans really favoring putting power in the hands of the Federal Govt?
Is it as simple writing a one page bill that says so? If this is what should happen and Republicans are all for it, why is it not happening while you have control over every branch of govt? You dont need to repeal the ACA first. This should be a 100 days thing. But no one had a plan, and thats part of the problem.
