question of which Trump wouldnt have known the ramifications, then fine. But if it was some sort of coercion (AHEM like whether or not hed be FIRED) then its obstruction.

I think it would be pretty easy to build that case. Trump himself said he was considering firing him, and now we know why he couldnt fire him in Feb.
