They are a beautiful thing.

We were taught the importance of these when I was a freshman in Mizzou ROTC way back in the 80s.

Whether or not the Trump Chumps want to recognize their importance, memos written immediately following an event or discussion are given incredible weight in government and the military.

The fact that Comey put something in writing and signed his name - by itself - doesn't make it so. However it does set the stage for a showdown. Congress can't stick it's head in the sand anymore.

Good times ahead for Agent Orange...
