Nevertheless, I'd say less than 1% of the people on this board who are weighing in on the matter have any knowledge of classified requirements and procedures.
Never having been a doctor, I wouldn't deign to remark on a medical malpractice issue. Ignorance of the matter would keep me on the sidelines.
Ignorance for much of this crowd is not only not an inhibitor, it seems to fuel them. Amazing...
