THIS is one key reason you want a professional in the job, one who understands history, diplomacy, intelligence.
This fool was boasting about how cool he thinks he is and he has put lives and relationships and risk. Why did he do this ? He did it to brag to a Russian professional about how cool it was that he knew this. My Lord.
