Hydro-electric comes with its own baggage.

How big of a carbon footprint was used to build that dam?

Do you know the Corps of Engineers once had plans to put dams on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers? Big Spring would have been under 45' of water. Many other springs and unique natural areas would have been submerged.

And nuclear power has its own baggage, too.
