what are the definitions of "childbirth-related" causes and "nearly die" and what actual events are classified as such?
And 900 is .000225% of total births in the USA.
And Sweden, if the 6x rule is true, would mean 4 women died in childbirth for the 113K that were born in 2013 (last year I could find stats)
As with most things you hear with math, stats or other horrific percentages, do a little logic check.
