Chapter 11 reorganization, and that they are a perfectly legitimate method of restructuring debt. No amount of debt restructuring could save Atlantic City, no matter how luxurious and well run his properties were. Do you believe he has also had successes? Do you similarly berate Elon Musk when his rockets blow up on the launch pad? Are his ventures also "****ty companies"?
