finally someone with a brain said what every intelligent person already knew. that comey punted the investigation. it was not his job to decide if a prosecutor would prosecute. it was not his job to publicly lay out the merits of the investigation. his job was to allow his agents to investigate it to the fullest extent and forward their findings to prosecutors. end of story. why he did what he did is the million dollar question that will never be answered.
