There will always be a few officers that are bad apples in the barrel, in the same manner as the rest of the population. These individuals need to be charged, tried, convicted and punished to the fullest extent of the law. However, the actions of a few should not tarnish the outstanding efforts of hundreds of thousands of other who exist to "protect and serve"!

Please explain why this message is being reported.
