That article just shows how Hillary and crew felt entitled to the white house, and everyone they talked to agreed with them.
Why did they lose? They never stopped to consider what the voters actually thought. Nor did they consider being so over confident, actually caused their own voters to drop off. The media polls (all done by hillary fans) actually hurt Hillary more than helping.
Trump's voters were angry, and were going to make their voices heard, no matter what the outcome.
And they did.
And the left hasn't stopped whining, peeing their pants about it yet.
