$25K – 25 total wins
$25K – SEC Tourney championship
$25K – NCAA Tournament bid
$25K – Sweet Sixteen
$25K – SEC Coach of the Year
$50K – 50 total wins
$50K – National Coach of the Year
$50K – SEC Regular Season championship
$50K – NCAA Tourney Elite Eight
$75K – NCAA Tourney Final Four
$200K – NCAA Tourney National Champs

That would be on top of his guaranteed compensation. Will be interesting to see how many and which ones of those he can reach.

Martin also receives 2 courtesy cars, a suite at Mizzou Arena for home games, 6 premium tickets for home football games, and a country club membership. His supplemental salary increases $100K each season he remains at MU, so by year 4 his total guaranteed salary will be $3M.
