Was he threatened with bodily harm?


You see, pickle, in an ordinary society people call the police to deal with problems like this. The police respond and determine a solution to the problem.

Now in the course of that process and responding the aid of a citizen who had a RIGHT to operate his business without fear of threat or intimidation, the officer got suddenly assaulted.

Sounds like your pickletonian logic is so full of holes it won't hold water.
