Libya was actively trying to get nukes. Bush made a deal, give up your nuke program, materials, and we will leave you alone.
Quaddifi did. Bush policy? No refugees, no deaths.
Quaddifi's reward? Obama and Hillary , in one of the dumbest policy decisions ever made, then attacked and overthrew him. Killed thousands of people created millions of refugee's.
Teaching every dictatorship, troublemaker in the world that you need to pursue weapons of mass destruction, and never listen to the united states.
