thing left for UI to do at this point is grant the release.

However, I actually hope they don't (for awhile) and it creates a controversy and lots of negative PR for the program in the STL/ESTL area. Cuonzo/MU would have an even greater advantage going forward if UI creates that kind of reputation for itself.
