recently said at his final press conference, blaming everything on the previous coaching regime, similar to how he blamed his players after each loss.

CM knows 8-win-Kim was a disaster for the program, but as the new head coach he takes the high road. He knows it's in his and the program's best interests, as the new HC, to try to unite the fan base and get everyone (including Kim's supporters) on board. It speaks to his maturity and leadership.
