1) The people they are attracting to games are ****ed they have to sit upstairs, when thousands of seats are empty downlow.
The people who are local and can go, feel alienated--even if they can afford to sit down low they can't without breaking the rules.
2) Many many people are still ****ed over move from hearnes center. They got bumped so corporate fools who don't use their seats could move in.
Yes, the move made Mizzou boatloads of money. But also scared away some lifelong fans. These townies went to all the games. Got replaced with companies in KC/STL who don't go to the games.
I don't see the family thing changing that dynamic, because of how seating is enforced...
