I don't know what kind of roster this specific team will have, so I don't know what to expect.
I would not have thought only 8 wins was a possible option last year, even acknowledging it was the worst roster we had ever fielded. That should have been worse than worst possible scenario, even assuming every unforeseeable bad break happened not in our favor. So using that as a benchmark for win improvements in this case I don't think is valid. Its such an extreme outlier of ineptness it should simply be discarded.
